Handcrafted and Sculpted Dichroic Glass Pendants in 14K Gold Filled or Sterling Silver Wire
What is Dichroic Glass? Dichroic glass has a fine film of metal fused to the surface of the glass, which produces a sheen making the bead appear to be different colours when viewed at different angles.
All of my Dichroic glass Jewelry is created in my home studio. Each piece is individually hand cut, shaped and fused which often takes about 8 hours to complete the full cycle. Some pieces are fired 2 to 3 times to achieve the desire shape, depth and perspective. It is properly annealed to ensure longevity. I incorporate my style in both wire-wrapping and wire-sculpting. My creations are made in Sterling Silver, Argentium Silver(tarnish resistant) and 14K Gold Filled Wire.
